1. What types of events can be hosted at your venue?
Our space is designed to be flexible and can accommodate concerts, recitals, dance performances, business meetings, workshops, private parties, wedding receptions, classes, rehearsals, and more. Whether you’re planning a one-time event or ongoing programming, we can tailor the space to your needs.
2. Do you offer both one-time rentals and long-term lease options?
Yes. We offer one-time event bookings as well as weekly recurring rentals and long-term lease options (typically 9–12 months), making it ideal for instructors, organizations, and growing programs.
3. What spaces are available to rent?
We offer multiple spaces including a performance hall (seating up to 150 guests), dance studio, rehearsal rooms, meeting rooms, and community rooms—all within one convenient location.
4. What are the fees? Is there a deposit required?
Rental fees are customized for your specific needs. This depends on which rooms you are booking, for how many hours or a full week, a one-time rental or on-going weekly bookings for a recurring class or meeting situation. We have an hourly rate (two-hour minimum) or a day rate, and or performances you may want to add on an audio tech and/or video tech. Please call us today so we can discuss how we can help you. To book an event, a deposit or paid in full is required along with a signed rental agreement.
5. What size is the stage in the performance hall?
The stage in the Performance Hall is 32’ long and 15’ deep. Please book a complimentary tour so you can see the space and determine if the hall is appropriate for your event.
6. How many people does the performance hall seat?
Our main performance hall seats up to approximately 150 guests, while additional rooms can accommodate smaller groups for classes, meetings, or rehearsals. Spaces can be customized to fit your activity and group.
7. How far in advance do I need to book my event?
Please call us today with the date you have in mind. We typically book one year out. We recommend booking as early as possible, as prime dates and time slots fill quickly—especially evenings and weekends.
8. What amenities are included with the rental?
Our facility includes professional lighting, sound equipment, video production capabilities, mirrors, floating wood dance floors, climate control, and lobby viewing systems. Many spaces are fully equipped so you can focus on your event—not setup logistics. We have a welcoming lobby area and clean family restrooms.
9. Is there staff or technical support available during events?
Yes. We offer access to experienced staff and can provide audio/video technician support for performances and events requiring sound, lighting, or recording assistance. Check with our office for the associated fees.
10. Is this a good space for classes or weekly programs?
Absolutely. Many instructors and organizations use our studios for ongoing classes, rehearsals, and training programs. The facility is available 7 days a week, making it ideal for building a consistent schedule. Example: you can book a certain room for every Wednesday, 3:00pm – 7:00pm.
11. How easy is it to get started with a long-term rental?
Very easy. Simply contact us or submit an inquiry, and we’ll walk you through availability, scheduling, and next steps. Many groups can begin quickly once dates and space are confirmed.
12. Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes! We offer quick 10–15 minute guided tours where you can see all available spaces, including studios, the performance hall, and support areas. It’s the best way to visualize your event or program.
13. Is there parking available for guests and participants?
Yes. The facility is located in a convenient shopping center area with ample free parking, making it easy for guests, students, and attendees to access your event or class.
14. What types of groups typically rent your space?
We work with a wide range of renters including individuals, small businesses, nonprofits, performance groups, instructors, churches, and community organizations. Dance and cheer studios, karate studios, audition/rehearsal space for upcoming community shows, bank meetings, utility company meetings, etc.
15. Can I customize the space for my event or program?
Yes. Our spaces are flexible and can be arranged to fit your needs—whether you’re hosting a formal performance, casual workshop, or structured class program.
16. Are there any restrictions I should be aware of?
For safety and facility standards, certain items such as outside food, alcohol, and prohibited materials may be restricted. Specific guidelines will be provided during booking to ensure a smooth experience.
